About the Role

Latitude’s law firm client is seeking a California-licensed attorney to assist part-time on commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract cases and shareholder disputes. This hybrid role is generally remote, with in-person requirements limited to court appearances in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Handle case workup for commercial and business litigation matters
  • Work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
  • Licensed to practice law in California
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding academic credentials
  • Strong references

Schedule

15–20 hours per week, with the ability to flex upward during trial.

Pay

Annualized compensation ranges from $150,000 to $225,000 (calculated on a full-time basis). Pay is determined by factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
