About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex commercial litigation cases, working closely with clients and opposing counsel.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on legal matters related to commercial disputes
- Prepare and present evidence in court
- Represent clients in negotiations and mediation
- Manage case files and track progress
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
