Commercial Litigation Attorney (1-3 years)
About the role
Wyrick Robbins is seeking a highly motivated associate with 1–3 years of experience (counting judicial clerkship experience) to join our Commercial Litigation practice group. Our team represents clients in a wide range of complex disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and other alternative dispute forums. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, business-focused team where associates take on meaningful responsibility early and work directly with clients.
The group has a strong clerkship tradition, with more than half of its associates having served as federal judicial law clerks.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration, and alternative dispute forums
- Take on meaningful responsibility early and work directly with clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience (judicial clerkship experience counts)
- Licensed to practice in North Carolina or eligible for prompt admission
