Commercial Litigation Attorney (Mid-Level Associate to Of Counsel)

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle complex commercial matters from pleadings through trial preparation
• Business disputes, contract litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, fiduciary duty claims, real estate litigation, and banking and financial services litigation
• Routinely litigate against large regional and national firms
• Manage an active caseload independently
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue substantive motions in court

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters
• Experience across all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, and trial preparation
• Significant deposition experience and courtroom experience arguing substantive motions
• Excellent legal writing, grammar, and verbal communication skills
• Strong academic and professional credentials
• A polished, professional, client-facing presence
• Strong analytical, strategic, and advocacy skills
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
