Commercial Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Venable LLP’s Commercial Litigation Group seeks a mid-level associate with three to five years of experience to join the practice in the New York office.

About the role

• Work on a wide range of commercial litigation matters
• Collaborate with partners and associates on complex cases
• Advise clients on strategic litigation and dispute resolution

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New York State
• Strong academic record
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial litigation preferred
• Interest in working with a diverse client base
• Ability to manage time effectively
