Mid-Level Litigation Associate

About the role

We're currently seeking mid-level litigation associates with four (4) to six (6) years of experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of high-stakes litigation matters for innovative companies, from startups to the Fortune 50.
• Collaborate with colleagues across offices to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Qualifications

• Mid-level litigation associate experience.
• Experience in copyright, trademark, trade secret, consumer class action, and/or complex commercial litigation.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Pay

The anticipated range for this position is $310,000 - $390,000 depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
