Michael Best & Friedrich LLP is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join our Raleigh, Charlotte, or Wilmington, NC office. The candidate should have a minimum of four years of commercial civil litigation experience.

Location

This position is located in our Raleigh, Charlotte, or Wilmington, North Carolina office. Our contemporary office spaces are designed to support concentration and collaboration, fostering a culture of teamwork to achieve great results for our clients. We have additional offices in Wisconsin, Illinois, Utah, Colorado, Texas, Nebraska, California, and Washington D.C.

Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents
  • Manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing

Requirements

  • J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Minimum of four years of commercial civil litigation experience
  • Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
