Commercial Litigation Attorney (Part Time)

Latitude’s law firm client is seeking a California-licensed attorney to assist part-time on commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract cases and shareholder disputes.

Responsibilities

• Handle case workup for commercial/business litigation matters

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Licensed in California
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding references

Schedule

• 15-20 hours/week (with the ability to flex upward during trial)

Location

Hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area (in-person for court appearances only).

Pay

Annualized compensation ranges from $150,000 to $225,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay is based on work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
