Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and probate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Manage court filings and deadlines in Florida state courts.
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, mediations, and hearings as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar membership and residence in Florida required.
• 3–5 years of commercial litigation and/or probate litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling matters through discovery and motion practice preferred.

Pay: $75 - $90 per hour
