About the role

Handle probate, trust, and commercial litigation cases. Draft and file legal documents. Conduct legal research. Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials. Engage in probate administration, estate planning, and corporate law tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years handling probate/trust/commercial litigation
• Experience handling substantive hearings, depositions, and conducting trials
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
• Membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
