Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Part-Time, Remote or Hybrid)
The sophisticated, collegial boutique law firm located in St. Louis is seeking a commercial real estate attorney for a flexible part-time engagement. This is an immediate need.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney who wants to work part-time on a flexible basis. Remote applicants welcome. Hybrid or in-office in St. Louis County is also available if you prefer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of attorney experience
- Substantial experience with commercial real estate purchase/sale transactions
- Commercial leasing experience is a plus
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Illinois or Missouri preferred)
- J.D. from an accredited law school and strong professional references
- Outstanding references
Position Details
- Type of role: Contract engagement
- Schedule: Part-time, 6+ months
- Location: Remote; or can be hybrid or in-office in St. Louis County if you prefer
Compensation
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $140,000 to $190,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
