Commercial Litigation Attorney (Part Time)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Capability and experience to work independently and as part of a team
• Licensed in California
• Excellent academic credentials

Position Details

• Type of role: Contract
• Schedule: 15-20 hours/week (flexible for trial periods)
• Location: Hybrid in the San Francisco Bay Area (in person for court appearances)

Pay & Benefits

• Annualized compensation range: $150,000 to $225,000 (based on full-time equivalency)

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist part-time on commercial litigation matters, handling case workup for matters such as breach of contract cases and shareholder disputes. The role is generally remote, with in-person requirements only for court appearances in the San Francisco Bay Area.
