Commercial Litigation Associate (3-7 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a litigation associate to join a collaborative practice focused on complex corporate and commercial disputes.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
• Manage written discovery, including document review and e-discovery processes
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case analysis
• Absorb deposition, hearings, and other court-related proceedings
• Support case strategy, timeline management, and matter progression
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to overall case execution

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial or corporate litigation
• Familiarity with pleadings, motion practice, and discovery
• Familiarity with e-discovery tools and processes
• Deposition or court experience is a plus
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Solid academic credentials
