Details

We are a full-service law firm looking to bring on another Litigation Attorney with a proven track record in Business, Employment, and/or Civil Law. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will work on a variety of complex and challenging legal cases, providing top-tier legal services to our diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal representation to clients in business, employment, and civil litigation matters
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal issues and precedents to provide informed advice to clients
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents to ensure the best interest of clients
  • Manage all aspects of the litigation process including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trials
  • Proactively handle employment law matters such as wage and hour disputes, employment defense, and related issues
  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for successful resolution of legal disputes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney with a focus on Business, Employment, and/or Civil Law
  • Admission to the CA state bar
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make well-reasoned legal arguments
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful dispute resolution
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of professional ethics and integrity
