Command Center Flex Officer

Security Officer positions available at various posts with different pay rates: $18.50/hour for standard posts and $21.63/hour for Command Center Flex Officers. A valid driver's license and driver training are required for the Command Center role.

About the Role

• Command Center training includes addressing alarms, monitoring fire panels and security cameras, answering phones, and directing Mobile Officers.
• Conduct proper sign-in procedures for access control to ensure premises safety and security.
• Maintain a visible security presence and assist employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Draft incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Patrol a variety of locations and enforce regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Provide customer service and information to client’s employees and customers.
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, including climbing stairs, walking on inclines, and uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet and continue to meet all applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Strong computer skills and solid written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Retail, food service, or hospitality industry background is a plus.

Pay

$18.50/hour for standard Security Officer posts; $21.63/hour for Command Center Flex Officers.
