We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes summary and description. We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. We have: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (Essential Accountabilities), Requirements (Minimum Qualifications), Skills (maybe part of qualifications), Benefits (maybe mention of compensation range? Actually compensation is Pay, not Benefits. Benefits: they mention group health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays. Also mention remote work possibility. So we can include Benefits section. Pay: compensation range given. Schedule: they mention 10-week summer internship from first Monday in June to second Friday in August (up to 40 hours per week). So schedule section. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines (compensation range appears twice). Keep one. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections with real content. Likely we will have About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Skills (maybe part of qualifications but we can separate), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have concrete info. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: 10-week paid internship, development workshops, network, meaningful projects, mentorship, tracks list, housing not provided, etc. Also essential accountabilities list. Minimum qualifications list. Skills list (Excel, attention to detail, communication, etc). Benefits: group health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time away, paid holidays, remote work possibility. Pay: $18-$20 per hour. Schedule: 10-week summer internship from first Monday in June to second Friday in August, up to 40 hours per week. We must not include duplicated content. Ensure we don't repeat same sentences. We'll output HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Check for any duplicated content: we have not repeated compensation range twice. We removed EEO etc. We kept all substantive info. We must not include sections like Qualifications separate from Requirements? The instruction includes Qualifications as a possible heading. We have Requirements and Skills; we could also have Qualifications but we already covered requirements. Might be okay to skip Qualifications if we think Requirements covers it. But we have both Requirements and Skills; maybe we should combine Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says use headings for those sections if content exists. We have content for Requirements (minimum qualifications) and Skills (desired skills). Could also have Qualifications but we already have Requirements; maybe we can rename Requirements to Qualifications? But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we could have both Requirements and Qualifications if we have distinct content. We have minimum qualifications (education, enrollment) and desired majors etc. That could go under Qualifications. And Skills could be separate. Let's adjust: Requirements could be the eligibility (high school diploma, enrollment, good standing). Qualifications could be desired majors/degree programs and preferred experience (Excel, attention to detail, communication, etc). But we already put many skill items under Skills. Might be better: Requirements: education eligibility. Qualifications: desired majors and preferred experience. Skills: specific competencies (Excel, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, etc). However we already listed many skill-like items under Skills. Let's restructure: - About the role (summary) - Responsibilities (essential accountabilities) - Requirements (high school diploma, enrollment, good standing) - Qualifications (desired majors/degree programs, preferred experience with Excel, attention to detail, communication, group work, pivoting priorities) - Skills (maybe we can keep as separate but could be redundant with Qualifications). Actually the qualifications list includes many skill items; we could treat them as Qualifications and not have a separate Skills. But the instruction allows Skills heading; we can include if we have distinct content. We could keep Skills for things like "Ability to multitask", "Ability to work well in a team", "Strong organizational, analytical, problem‑solving", etc. But those are also in qualifications. Might be okay to have both but avoid duplication. Let's see original text: Minimum Qualifications section includes: Desired Majors/Degree Programs Include: ... Preferred (but not required) experience with: Working knowledge of Excel, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficient at working within groups and being able to pivot amongst competing priorities. Then after that there is a list of many bullet-like statements: High School diploma along with proof of continuous college enrollment ... Excellent written and verbal communication skills ... Ability to multitask ... Ability to work well in a team ... Demonstrates strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills. Proactive approach ... Self-motivated ... Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using a desktop computer... So the Minimum Qualifications section actually contains both eligibility and skill statements. So we could split: Requirements: High school diploma + enrollment + good standing. Qualifications: Desired majors, preferred experience (Excel, attention to detail, communication, group work, pivot). Skills: the rest (communication, multitask, teamwork, organizational, problem solving, proactive, self-motivated, MS Office, desktop experience). But there is overlap (communication appears in both). To avoid duplication, we need to be careful not to repeat same content. We could decide to not split too finely; maybe just have Requirements (includes all minimum qualifications) and Skills (maybe not needed). But the instruction says we can include Skills if we have real specific content. We have content for skills (like Excel, attention to detail, communication, etc). So we could have Requirements (education eligibility) and Skills (the skill-based qualifications). And we could omit Qualifications heading to avoid duplication. However the instruction list includes Qualifications as a possible heading; we can omit if not needed. Let's decide: We'll have Requirements (education eligibility) and Skills (all skill-related qualifications). We'll also include a short note about desired majors maybe under Skills? But desired majors is not a skill; it's a qualification of field of study. Could be under Requirements? Actually it's about major; could be under Requirements as well. But we already have education eligibility; we could add desired majors under Requirements as well. That would be okay. Thus:

Requirements

Skills

Schedule

We must not repeat content. Let's craft Requirements paragraph: include high school diploma, proof of continuous full-time college enrollment, good academic standing, desired majors/degree programs list (Business & Management, Mathematics & Data Science, etc). Also mention that preferred experience with Excel, attention to detail, communication, group work, pivoting priorities is part of Skills? Actually that is preferred experience; we could include it under Requirements as "Preferred (but not required) experience includes..." but that is skill-related. Might be okay to include there. But to avoid duplication, we could put that under Skills. Let's decide: Requirements: education eligibility only. Skills: include desired majors? No, desired majors is not a skill. Better to put desired majors under Requirements as it's about qualification of field of study. And the preferred experience (Excel, attention to detail, communication, group work, pivot) under Skills. Then the rest of skill-like statements also under Skills. Thus Requirements: high school diploma, proof of continuous full-time college enrollment, good academic standing, desired majors/degree programs list (Business & Management, Mathematics & Data Science, etc). Also maybe mention that the internship is open to undergraduate and graduate students. Skills: Preferred experience: working knowledge of Excel, strong attention to detail, communication skills, proficient at working within groups and being able to pivot amongst competing priorities. Plus: excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences, ability to multitask in fast-paced environment, ability to work well in a team, strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills, proactive approach, self-motivated, ability to work independently and on intra- and inter-departmental teams, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, experience using a desktop computer in a professional environment. We need to avoid repeating "communication skills" twice. We'll mention once. Let's draft. Now Benefits: we
