How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing

Identifying existing manual processes that can be improved via data automation and designing/implementing a replacement.

Delivering solutions to help reduce task completion time.

Utilizing project management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on budget.

What You Need To Succeed

• Enrolled as an undergraduate (sophomore or above)
• Successfully completed a minimum of 30 semester hours
• Minimum 2.5 GPA and ability to maintain the minimum GPA
• Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation
• Required to work for 3 alternating semesters
• Must be able to complete 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA in line with the below schedule:
• Fall 2026
• Summer 2027
• Spring 2028
• Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, and Access
• Experience working extensively with Microsoft Sharepoint preferred, but not required
• Highly preferred: curiosity, sense of humor, willingness to try new ideas, and persistence in the face of adversity
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
• Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
• At least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
