Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative support for the Human Resources Department.
- Support the HR team with new hire day-one onboarding activities, including ensuring proper completion of I-9s and new hire paperwork.
- Assist with quality checks to ensure proper storage of employee documents in the correct systems.
- Support general employee file maintenance.
- Assist the HR team with recruiting coordination, including candidate outreach and interview scheduling.
- Serve as a point of contact for employment verification calls, providing timely and professional support.
- Act as a key user for function-related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required.
Requirements
- High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior SAP experience is appreciated.
- Authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
