Overview & Key Responsibilities

How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing

• Aid in planning and coordination of video shoots, including location scouting, equipment setup, catering, and scheduling.
• Provide post-production assistance with video editing and other related tasks.
• Aid in project management tasks such as timeline tracking, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Assist in organizing media assets and maintaining digital archives.
• Assist in reviewing and ensuring the quality of video and media content produced meets departmental standards.

What You Need To Succeed

Key Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Media Production, Communications, Film Studies).
• Previous experience or coursework in media production, video editing, project management, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to accept responsibility and learn new tools and processes.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Passion for aviation or a keen interest in learning and contributing to the aviation industry is advantageous.
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
