About the role
We are seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide home care services primarily during weekends.
Responsibilities
- Delivering personal hygiene care (baths, grooming, mouth care)
- Assisting with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Providing basic nursing care as directed by healthcare professionals
- Preparing meals considering dietary needs
- Offering companionship and activities
- Performing light housekeeping
- Maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to the Plan of Care
- Proper documentation via EVV app
- Ensuring patient privacy and safety
Qualifications
- Valid certification with DFS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
