CNA - Weekend Morning Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, and basic nursing tasks as directed by supervising healthcare professionals.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation to promote patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare meals tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities suited to individual interests.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain accurate patient records.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's physical or psychosocial condition.
• Adhere to the care plan, follow EVV documentation procedures, and ensure patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and following instructions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing.
• Compassionate attitude toward patient care.

Physical ability to lift approximately 50 lbs is required. Travel within a designated area is expected.
