CMA Resident Director

About the Role

This is a 10-month, full-time hourly position. The CMA Resident Director resides in a private apartment within the boys' barracks and works closely with the counselor and Military Mentor to ensure student well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision of students in the barracks.
• Assist the counselor in assigning, overseeing, and mentoring student leaders.
• Serve as co-advisor to the barracks committee.
• Ensure proper documentation for student permits and leaves.
• Enforce wardrobe regulations and maintain study conditions.
• Maintain the barracks' condition, security, and safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to live in a private apartment within the boys' barracks.
• Must be available for flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for working with high school-age students.
