About the role

Provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Pennsylvania LPC licensure provide evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Ideal candidates are dedicated, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality mental health services in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate therapy to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and children
• Conduct intakes and diagnoses (preferred)
• Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions weekly
• Utilize clinical technology effectively
• Collaborate within a supportive clinical community

Qualifications

• Approved by the board as LAPC
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office
• Graduated from an approved 60‑credit program
• Meet PA pre‑licensure requirements
• Possess graduate/post‑graduate experience treating depression and anxiety

Skills

• Confident with telehealth and EHR tools
• Demonstrate a commitment to client progress and teamwork

Pay

Up to $52,400 based on licensure and session volume
