About the role
Seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LMHC licensure to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face mental health services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based care to a diverse client base
- Conduct intakes and diagnoses (preferably under DSM-5)
- Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability
- Support clients through individual, couples, and child therapy, utilizing modern clinical technology
- Handle administrative tasks with organizational support provided
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit program
- Graduate or post‑graduate experience in counseling depression and anxiety
- Experience conducting intakes and diagnoses independently (preferred)
- Licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LMHC licensure

Pay
Up to $73,600 based on licensure and session volume.
