Clinician - Fee For Service

Role Overview Seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LICSW licensure to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face mental health services. The position involves delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children. Responsibilities Conduct intakes, diagnose, and treat clients with depression and anxiety under supervision. Provide a minimum of 25 sessions weekly, utilizing modern clinical technology and EHR tools. Support clients' progress and collaborate within a clinical community. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour programExperience in counseling settings treating depression and anxietyAbility to independently conduct intakes and diagnoses (preferred)Open to treating diverse client populationsComfortable with telehealth and clinical technologyStrong teamwork and commitment to client progress Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $73,600 based on licensure, session volume, and bonuses.
