Clinician - Fee For Service

About the role

Seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LICSW licensure to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments, diagnose, and treat clients with depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
• Maintain a minimum of 25 sessions weekly with 30+ hours of availability.
• Work collaboratively within a clinical community, participating in supervision and case consultations.
• Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program with graduate or post-graduate counseling experience.
• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing per DSM-5, preferred.
• Open to treating diverse clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in client progress and confident working with clinical technology.
• Reside within 45 minutes of the office, capable of working in-office during probation.

Pay

Up to $73,600 based on licensure and session volume.
