Clinician - Fee for Service

Role Overview: Providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients through a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. Responsibilities: Conducting intakes, diagnosing, and treating clients with depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions; maintaining a minimum of 25 sessions weekly; utilizing modern clinical technology; collaborating within a clinical community; supporting client progress through measurable goals. Qualifications & Skills: Massachusetts licensure pursuit as an LICSW; residence within 45 minutes of the office; graduate of an approved 60-credit program; experience in counseling settings; ability to independently diagnose using DSM-5; open to treating diverse client populations including couples and children; confident with telehealth and EHR tools; committed to client progress and teamwork. Key Duties: Providing clinical care in a flexible hybrid setting; building a full caseload; participating in supervision, training, and community support; delivering evidence-based interventions; maintaining documentation and compliance.
