About the role
We are seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing Pennsylvania LPC licensure to provide telehealth and face-to-face mental health sessions. Responsibilities include: delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to a diverse client base, conducting intakes, diagnosing (preferred), and supporting clients in achieving measurable progress. Clinicians will work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues, including couples and children, using modern clinical technology such as telehealth and EHR tools.
Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
- Approved as LAPC
- Living within 45 minutes of the office
- Meeting PA state pre-licensure requirements
- Holding a graduate degree from an approved program
- Having relevant counseling experience
- Available for a minimum of 25 sessions weekly
- Confident in working with various client populations
- Eager to contribute positively to a clinical community

Pay
Up to $51,700.
