About the role
Seeking licensed clinicians pursuing Massachusetts LMHC licensure to provide a blend of telehealth and face-to-face mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care to a diverse client population
- Conduct intakes
- Diagnose (preferred)
- Manage a caseload with a minimum of 25 sessions and 30 hours weekly
- Utilize modern clinical technology, including telehealth platforms and EHR tools
- Support clients in achieving measurable progress
- Collaborate within a clinical community
Qualifications
- Enrolled in independent licensure in Massachusetts (MA)
- Reside within 45 minutes of the office
- Hold a 60‑credit hour approved program
- Have graduate or post‑graduate experience treating depression and anxiety
Skills
- Experience conducting intakes and diagnoses under supervision (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Confidence with clinical technology
- Collaborative attitude
Pay
Competitive compensation up to $73,600 for full‑time clinicians.
