Clinician - Fee For Service

About the Role

This position is for provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing independent licensure as an LPC in Pennsylvania to deliver mental health care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based treatment to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and children.
• Conduct intakes, diagnose, and develop treatment plans following DSM-5 guidelines (preferred).
• Maintain a minimum of 25 client sessions weekly with flexible scheduling.
• Utilize clinical technology such as telehealth platforms and EHR tools.
• Collaborate within a supportive clinical community through supervision, case consultations, and team interactions.

Requirements

• Approved by the board as a LAPC and seeking independent licensure.
• Resident within 45 minutes of the office location in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program meeting PA state requirements.
• Experience treating depression and anxiety; post-graduate work in counseling preferred.
• Strong communication skills, confidence with clinical technology, and a team-oriented mindset.
