Fee for Service Outpatient Clinician

Job Summary

Aspire Health and Community Services seeks an experienced Outpatient Clinician to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical skills and creativity to provide evidence-based therapies and collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a diverse caseload of individual and group clients
• Provide evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Collaborate actively within a multi-disciplinary team environment to enhance client care
• Participate in monthly training sessions and other educational opportunities for ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Independent licensure required
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• Previous experience working with adults, children, and families in an outpatient setting
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Records
• CANS certification required (can be obtained through online training)

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency and the ability to complete clinical documentation in an electronic health record

Pay

Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Salary Range $40 - $50 USD
