Local Contract Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic - $47-51 per hour

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Mountain View, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Pay
