About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 10, 2026, in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient care in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of Michigan.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred.

Pay
The pay package is based on 9-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
Schedule
9 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
