Clinical Team Leader (Behavioral Health) - Full Time, Nights

Role Overview: Acts as a Clinical Team Leader responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating operations and patient care in designated areas. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients, stepping in as a staff nurse when needed, and assumes managerial duties as delegated. Key Responsibilities Support a therapeutic environment for patients with psychiatric, behavioral, or substance use disorders.Lead multidisciplinary team efforts, ensuring quality care aligned with standards and values.Perform nursing duties, assist in staff mentorship, and contribute to program evaluation. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited nursing program.Current licensure in the applicable state.At least two years of RN experience with one year as a charge nurse.Certifications in BLS and NRP.Preferred: BSN degree. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical movements such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
