Clinical Team Leader (Behavioral Health) - Full Time, Night Shift

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating departmental activities, serving as a clinical resource for staff and patients, and acting as a staff nurse when necessary. The role involves performing delegated managerial duties in alignment with our mission, values, and standards. Key Duties Lead and support a multidisciplinary team in a therapeutic environment for individuals with psychiatric, behavioral, or substance use disorders.Assist in ensuring quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards.Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, promoting a collaborative team atmosphere.Participate in patient evaluation, education, medication therapy, and relapse prevention activities. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an accredited nursing program and current state licensure.Minimum two years of direct patient care experience as a registered nurse and one year as a charge nurse.Certifications in BLS and NRP; BSN preferred.Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, standing, walking, and various physical movements.
