Responsibilities

• Supports Clinical Program Managers in ensuring all rules and regulations, including NJ DMHAS/DCF regulations regarding outpatient mental health service and The Joint Commission regulations for Behavioral Health Services.
• Responsible for all state contracting requirements.
• Serves as contact/liaison for all sub-contractors involved with the grant programs.
• Collaborates with HMH legal and finance departments to ensure all contract documents, budgets and expense reports are completed and submitted per deadlines.
• Reviews and develops program policies and procedures.
• Develops and standardizes policies as appropriate.
• Maintains current knowledge of state/government regulatory standards and requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of standards in guiding all aspects of patient care.
• Partners with the Medical Director(s)
