Manager - Behavioral Health & Clinical Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee patient care and operations in a compassionate, ethical manner. This leadership role involves managing clinical operations, developing programs, and ensuring quality patient care, requiring strong clinical judgment, management skills, and relevant licensure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team to deliver patient-centered care aligned with recognized standards and care models.
• Develop clinical programs and ensure the safety and effective management of behavioral health units and operations.
• Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist license upon hire.
• At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health or social services.
• Minimum of 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
