Manager – Behavioral Health & Clinical Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to lead clinical teams in delivering compassionate, ethical patient care aligned with recognized standards and care models.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing behavioral health programs and ensuring the safety and daily operations of assigned units
• Exercising independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues
• Coordinating team efforts to provide patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field
• Licensure in Alaska as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist
• Minimum of 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience
• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience
