Manager – Behavioral Health & Clinical Operations

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to lead clinical teams in delivering compassionate, ethical patient care aligned with recognized standards and care models. Key Responsibilities Include Developing and managing behavioral health programs and ensuring the safety and daily operations of assigned units. exercising independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues.Coordinating team efforts to provide patient-centered care. Qualifications And Skills Required Master's Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.Licensure in Alaska as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.Minimum of 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
