Manager – Behavioral Health & Clinical Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee clinical programs and operations in a compassionate and ethical manner, ensuring patient safety and quality care. The role involves coordinating a team, developing programs, and exercising independent judgment on clinical and operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team delivering patient care aligned with standards and care models.
• Develop and manage clinical programs and ensure operational safety.
• Exercise independent judgment on clinical and operational matters.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure as an Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
• At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.
• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Pay

$52.19 - $82.39 per hour, dependent on experience and other factors.
