About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health to oversee clinical and operational activities in a compassionate and ethical manner, ensuring safety and quality care within behavioral health units.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team efforts and develop clinical programs.
• Exercise independent judgment on 24-hour clinical and operational issues.

Requirements

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure as an Alaska Clinical Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
• At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.
• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience.
