Responsibilities
- Perform real-time guidance as part of quality assurance and respond to incoming calls and alerts
- Manage and document complex clinical situations (falls, change in condition, behaviors)
- Advise on appropriate level of care and recommend for resident interventions
- Communicate with physicians, families, and staff
- Document interactions in EMR or other software
- Review, assess, educate, and provide guidance on senital events and participate in the QAPI program
Requirements
- Compact/multistate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
