Clinical Supervisor - Nursing

About the Role

A registered nurse with a minimum of three years of progressive nursing experience, preferably with a Bachelor's degree and supervisory background in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across all age groups, primarily through mobile rounding on patient units.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members, visitors, and physicians in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to infection control policies, utilizing PPE as required.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring secure access to patient information.

Requirements

• Current New York State Registered Nurse License.
• CPR certification within three months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Supervisory experience.
• Professional certification in nursing administration.
• ACLS certification.
