About the role

The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current California RN license.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.

Pay
