Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility for planning and delivering direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary team members and guides staff to achieve safe, optimal health outcomes.
• Supports the facility’s vision and mission, providing professional leadership and ensuring patient-centered care while demonstrating Service Excellence standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required.
• Minimum of one-year full-time or three years part-time acute care specialty nursing experience.
• Preferred supervisory experience of 1-3 years.
• Proficiency in cardiovascular assessment, EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing knowledge is a plus.
• Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and specialty training (ACLS, PALS, NRP) required.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments may be required.
