Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure safe, optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead and support nursing staff, overseeing activities aligned with the facility's vision, mission, and goals.
- Demonstrate professional leadership, uphold Patient Centered Care principles, and exemplify Service Excellence standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school; BSN required.
- Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time acute care experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in cardiovascular assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and familiar with stress testing.
- Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and required specialty training (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
