Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in planning and delivering direct and indirect nursing care to patients, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary team efforts, supervises nursing staff, and promotes patient-centered care aligned with the facility’s mission and goals.
• Demonstrates service excellence and supports a collaborative practice environment.
• Oversees staff performance and maintains high standards of patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required.
• Minimum one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in cardiovascular physical assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state; BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP or equivalent specialty training upon hire.
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
