Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night Shift

Role Overview: This position involves providing direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safe, patient-centered outcomes. The role supports the facility’s mission by demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence, while overseeing staff and promoting positive patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Assume shift responsibility for nursing care delivery.Lead and support healthcare team members to achieve optimal health outcomes.Ensure compliance with facility goals, standards, and patient safety protocols.Provide professional leadership and supervise staff.Promote patient-centered care and uphold service excellence standards. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Nursing program, BSN required.Minimum of one year of full-time or three years part-time acute care nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.Proficiency in cardiovascular assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology.Experience with stress testing is a plus.Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and relevant specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP.Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
