Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in patient care, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective nursing services, aligning with the facility’s mission and goals.
• Supervises nursing staff, ensuring adherence to patient-centered care principles and service excellence standards.
• Supports activities that promote positive patient outcomes, fostering collaboration and demonstrating professionalism and teamwork.
• Maintains accountability for shift operations, overseeing direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN required (incumbents with 20+ years in the role as of a specified date are exempt from bachelor’s degree requirement).
• Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in cardiovascular assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology; stress testing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, NRP or specialty training required.
• Must pass pre-employment assessments.
