Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating multidisciplinary team members to achieve safe, optimal health outcomes.
• Supports facility goals, demonstrates professional leadership, and guides staff while ensuring patient-centered care and service excellence standards are upheld.
• Assumes shift responsibility for patient care planning and delivery.
• Coordinates and supervises nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Supports facility mission and promotes patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates service excellence and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN required.
• Minimum of one-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in cardiovascular physical assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and required specialty training (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments.
