Clinical Supervisor - Full Time Night Shift

Responsibilities Provides direct and indirect nursing care, coordinating multidisciplinary team members to achieve safe, optimal health outcomes. Supports facility goals, demonstrates professional leadership, and guides staff while ensuring patient-centered care and service excellence standards are upheld. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN requiredMinimum of one-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing; supervisory experience preferredProficient in cardiovascular physical assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience preferredCurrent RN license in the state, BLS certification, and required specialty training (ACLS, PALS, NRP)Successful completion of pre-employment assessments Skills & Duties Assumes shift responsibility for patient care planning and deliveryCoordinates and supervises nursing staff to ensure high-quality careSupports facility mission and promotes patient-centered careDemonstrates service excellence and professionalism at all times
