About the Role
The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective patient care by competent staff. They collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers to improve processes and optimize resource utilization to meet productivity and financial goals. Responsibilities include staffing, patient flow, and bed management, with a proactive approach to addressing operational issues. The role involves inspiring and leading staff through change, modeling professional standards, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. The Clinical Supervisor provides mentorship, recognizes staff achievements, and promotes accountability in adherence to policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure
- 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
- Relevant certifications such as BLS, TNCC, ACLS, or PALS
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and demonstrated strong communication, clinical competence, and leadership skills.
